Coconut Crusted Chicken 🥥🌴🐓(Gluten Free Style😍)

Ingredients:
🐓Organic Chicken Breast
🥥Gluten Free Panko Crust mixed with 1 tablespoon up to 1/4 cup Unsweetened Coconut Shreds (depending on how coconutty you want to get ).
🌾Ground flax seed
🥚Egg
🌴Coconut Oil
🧂Salt and Pepper to taste

📝I use thinly sliced organic chicken breast or tenderloins. Bread the chicken first with ground flax seed, next dip into a scrambled egg, finally bread with the gluten free panko-coconut shred mix for the crust. Lightly fry in coconut oil until cooked through and golden on the outside. Medium low heat is best so it cooks through and doesn’t burn. Add more oil as needed. You’ll want to very carefully turn the chicken over when it’s ready to flip, so the crust doesn’t break. Top with lemon or lime and cilantro and pair with veggies of choice🍋
