Golden Anti-Inflammation Turmeric Latte

Besides water 💧, these Turmeric Lattes might just be the best thing to activate sharp thinking 🧠⚡️and keep inflammation calm during the day 🌿

Excess caffeine intake can actually make you more tired by burning out the sensitive adrenal glands, eventually pushing you into “adrenal fatigue.” The solution is to teach your body to self-regulate normal cortisol and energy levels, simply by reducing and eventually stopping caffeine.
👍🏼
Following a caffeine free diet for 21-30 days, can help improve mental and physical fatigue, and balance hormones so much more efficiently, that you find you have MORE energy OFF caffeine, than you did during the years you were on it.
👸🏼🍯🧠🌿☀️
Turmeric Lattes are not only an anti-inflammatory, but also caffeine free. YET, they safely charge the neurons in our brain and body (in a neuro-protective way) 👍🏼

Turmeric Latte:
☀️Heat 1/2 cup plant based milk of choice (I use vanilla unsweetened almond milk mostly)
☀️To the simmering milk add, 👉🏼1/2 scoop Golden Milk mix of choice
or 1/2 tsp turmeric
👉🏼pinch of black pepper
👉🏼sweet spices like cinnamon, cardamom, clove, and nutmeg (to your liking)
👉🏼1 tsp raw honey 🍯 ☀️Use another 1/2 cup milk (or more/less) in a frothier (it you have one). You can also simply heat 1 full cup of milk from the start and blend at the end in a blender or shaker cup (frothing will give you the latte foam you may be looking for)

❓Don’t have a frothier, and still want foam? Add 1-2 tsp MCT oil to any blender with the almond milk and it should foam better!
