Honey & Hope 61

Handcrafted Organic Elderberry

Our carefully crafted organic elderberry is an herbal blend that our founder and owner developed many years ago through her studies as a dietitian in integrative and functional medicine. Sara searched far and wide for a fresh, nutrient packed, store bought Elderberry syrup, but was always disappointed. Most chain stores that carry Elderberry seemed to have formulas that were too thick, too sweet, lacked nutrients, sat on a shelf for too long, had cheap fillers or ran out quickly because it wasn’t very potent.

Eventually she started making small batches of her own Elderberry for family and friends.

It became so popular that repeat orders flooded in, along with friends of friends of friends who were requesting it weekly.

It’s no wonder Sara’s Elderberry became so loved. From the extraordinary taste, to immune boosting nutrients, this fresh organic Elderberry is made in small batches and never compromises quality. Adults love it, kids beg for it, and people say they just healthier taking it.

Eventually, Sara and her husband began shipping their Elderberry across the United States.

When they had their daughter in 2021, they decided it was time for a break to focus on soaking in the early years with their daughter, Savannah. They are happy to announce that Honey & Hope 61 will restock this item back into production beginning in Fall, 2024!

You might be more familiar with their former company name: Naturopathic Dietitian, now known as Honey & Hope 61.

The name was changed because there have been more products and services added to the company, and their mission has grown …

“It’s our families mission to help more people come to know the strength of God, the hope He offers to those who ask, as described in Isaiah 61. “He gives beauty for ashes.”

Sara is an active front line worker in addiction recovery through her private practice, as well as a servant leader for women at the recovery group known as Ground Zero Addiction Ministry, located in Old Bridge, New Jersey.

Sadly, their family has experienced the sorrow of loss due to addiction, and seeks to do whatever they can in the fight against substance abuse.

Honey and Hope 61 is dedicated to finding the sweetness of life through the hope of addiction recovery.
