Decadent Chocolate Chia Pudding

𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐡 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐲 𝐡𝐮𝐦𝐩 𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐭. ⁣

I’m sharing one of the delicious ways I love to enjoy a sweet decadent dessert, without all the wheat, dairy and refined sugar. ⁣

My body really doesn’t jive with that stuff. 𝘏𝘰𝘸 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶? ⁣

𝐈’𝐥𝐥 𝐝𝐫𝐨𝐩 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐦𝐲 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐚 𝐬𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐏𝐮𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞:⁣⁣
⁣⁣
1/2 cup chia seed⁣⁣
⁣⁣
2 cups almond milk (or plant based milk of choice)⁣⁣
⁣⁣
1 ripe ‘nana (🍌)⁣⁣
⁣⁣
1-2 tbsp raw cacao powder (depending how chocolatey you want it).⁣⁣
⁣⁣
𝐍𝐄𝐗𝐓:⁣⁣
Blend chia seed and almond milk first in a blender (or you can keep the chia whole if you like it more like a tapioca pearl, just don’t put it through the blender)⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Add Banana⁣ (purée it first if you’re keeping chia seed whole)⁣
⁣⁣
Add your choice of additional sweetener if you’d like, examples include; stevia, honey, real maple syrup, etc. 🍯⁣⁣

You can even sneak in a scoop of Collagen! ⁣

Chill for 2-3 hours⁣⁣
⁣⁣
