Decadent Chocolate Chia Pudding
𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐡 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐲 𝐡𝐮𝐦𝐩 𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐭.
I’m sharing one of the delicious ways I love to enjoy a sweet decadent dessert, without all the wheat, dairy and refined sugar.
My body really doesn’t jive with that stuff. 𝘏𝘰𝘸 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶?

Making healthy treats ahead of time, helps you to enjoy what you love, 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺.
𝐈’𝐥𝐥 𝐝𝐫𝐨𝐩 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐦𝐲 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐚 𝐬𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐏𝐮𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞:
1/2 cup chia seed
2 cups almond milk (or plant based milk of choice)
1 ripe ‘nana (🍌)
1-2 tbsp raw cacao powder (depending how chocolatey you want it).
𝐍𝐄𝐗𝐓:
Blend chia seed and almond milk first in a blender (or you can keep the chia whole if you like it more like a tapioca pearl, just don’t put it through the blender)
Add Banana (purée it first if you’re keeping chia seed whole)
Add your choice of additional sweetener if you’d like, examples include; stevia, honey, real maple syrup, etc. 🍯
You can even sneak in a scoop of Collagen!
Chill for 2-3 hours
