I pressed my almond flour dough down a little too much and it was hard to get out of the pan (so avoid that ๐Ÿ˜‚). And Grease your pan really really well with coconut oil! DO NOT SKIMP!

What I love about this is that there are lots of healthy oils included, which help to stabilize blood sugar better (for a dessert). I personally would have cut down on the amount of honey ๐Ÿฏ, but I think thatโ€™s personal preference.

The difference with mine is that I layered it with a coconut whipped cream (you can also purchase coconut whipped cream premade now - but it does have cane sugar).
